中野スケートボードパーク

中野スケートボードパークは2020年8月31日をもって終了致しました。また別の場所でスケートボードパークを開けますよう活動中ですので、ご協力の程宜しくお願い致します。

[利用上の注意] 安全に楽しくご利用していただくために、次の事を守り,事故やけがのないようご注意下さい。

・スケートボードのみの利用とします。
・利用には中野スケートボード協会事務所（FATBROS)にてご登録後に渡されるリストバンドを必ず着用ください。
　(リストバンドの着用が無い場合は退場して頂きます。)
・小学生以下のお子様は必ず保護者の付き添いが必要となります。
・小学生以下のお子様には必ず、ヘルメットと保護具を必ず着用してください。
・施設内で起きた事故、けが等については一切の責任を負いません。
・飲酒、喫煙は禁止とします。
・周辺道路での滑走は禁止します。
・大声、騒音は禁止します。
・落書きや施設を故意に破壊する行為は禁止します。
・ゴミは各自持ち帰って下さい。
・係員の指示に従えない場合は退場となります。
・施設内での紛失・盗難などについて当施設は一切責任を負いません。
・利用の際は、他の利用者と譲り合ってご利用いただきますよう、ご協力お願いします。

・主催者が記録した大会の映像・写真・記事・記録等（において氏名・年齢・性別・記録・肖像等の個人情報）が新聞テレビ・雑誌・インターネット・パンフレット等に報道・掲載利用されることを承諾します。また、その掲載権使用権は主催者に属します。

※施設内での事故、ケガ等については、一切責任を負いかねます。（自己責任）
※万が一のために、傷害保険や賠償責任保険等への加入をおすすめ致します。
※スケートボード器具（セクション）は許可なく移動・新設・増設はできません。
※雨天・降雪時等は利用できません。
※施設点検日（不定期）やFATBROSの定休日はパーク休園日となります。
※緊急などで休園になる場合は、ホームページやSNSなどでもお知らせします。
※毎月第3日曜日はスケートボード教室実施のため、教室中は参加者のみの滑走となります。予めご了承ください。

✖‪20:00〜21:00 ‬メンテナンス時間 ( 滑走終了後セクション・器具等の補調整の為、時間内で関係者による調整滑走がある事がございます。

[Skatepark Usage Notes] In order to use the skatepark safely and happily, please observe the following rules and be careful not to cause an accident or injury.

・ Skateboarding only.

・ To gain entry to the park you must register at the Nakano Skateboard Association Office (FATBROS) where you will be issued a wristband. If you do not wear the wristband you will be not permitted entry into the skatepark.

・ Children under primary school age must be accompanied by their parents.

・Helmets and protective gear must be worn by children younger than primary school age.

・ We do not take any responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur in our facilities.

・ Drinking and smoking are prohibited.

・ Do not skate on surrounding roads.

· Loud noise is prohibited.

・ The act of graffiti and destroying the facilities intentionally is prohibited.

・ Please take your own trash with you.

・ If you can not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be discharged from the skatepark.

・ Nakano Skateboard Association does not take any responsibility for loss or theft within the facility.

・ When using the skatepark, please cooperate to share it with other users.

・ Videos, photographs, articles, records, etc. of the event(s) recorded by the organizer (including personal information such as name, age, gender, records, portraits etc).
may be reported and used for newspapers, television, magazines, internet and brochures, etc. Also, the rights of use belongs to the organizer.

※ Nakano Skateboard Association does not take responsibility and is not liable for any accidents or injuries in the facilities. (You are responsible for yourself).

※ We recommend that you subscribe to accident insurance and liability insurance etc. in case of any accidents.

※ The skateboard equipment (section) can not be moved / renewed / expanded on without permission.

※ The skatepark can not be used during rainy weather or snowfall.

※ On facility inspection days (unscheduled) and the regular holidays of FATBROS, the skatepark will be closed.

※ When we are closed due to an emergency etc., we will notify you on our website or SNS.

※ Please note that skateboarding classes will be held on the third Sunday of each month. On this day the park is reserved for the participants of the classes and staff.

[中野滑板公园利用事项]
为了安全快乐的利用板场，请遵守以下事项、请注意不要发生事故与受伤。

・中野滑板公园只能用于滑板。

・必须先在中野滑板协会事务所。（ FATBROS ）登记后，领取手环并带上才可以进入公园（没有带手环无法进入滑板场）。

・小学生以下的孩童需要监护人的签名。

・小学生以下的孩童请务必穿着护具进入板场。

・在板场内发生事故及受伤滑板场不负有责任。

・板场内禁烟禁酒（吸烟请到附近吸烟区）。

・请勿发出过大噪音。

・禁止在板场中涂写以及破坏板场设施的行为。
